That’s why we’re thrilled to invite you to our Stretch & Sleep Workshop, a unique two-hour experience designed just for expecting couples and families with young babies. Hosted in the beautiful Fitness for Mummies studio, this workshop combines movement, relaxation, and expert sleep guidance to help you feel more confident, connected, and well-rested as you embark on this incredible journey.

Part 1: Couple’s Stretching Class with Julia ✨


Led by the wonderful Julia from Fitness for Mamis, this gentle stretching session is designed specifically for expecting parents and those in the postpartum period. You and your partner will enjoy a relaxing and restorative movement session that will help:


  • Ease tension in the body, especially in the back, hips, and shoulders

  • Improve circulation and flexibility, essential for pregnancy and recovery

  • Promote relaxation and connection between partners as you prepare for parenthood


🌙 Part 2: Sleep Foundations Workshop with Anna from MyMamaDreams 🌙


After your body is relaxed, we’ll dive into the essentials of newborn and infant sleep. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn:


  • What to expect from newborn and infant sleep (realistic, gentle expectations!)

  • Practical strategies for better rest—for both baby and parents

  • How to set up healthy sleep foundations from day one

  • Ways both parents can support sleep and avoid exhaustion


This is a chance to get expert guidance, ask all your sleep questions, and leave feeling prepared and reassured.
